Are Heartstart FRx pads interchangeable with the Phillips MRx defib/monitor? We would like to purchase the same brand AED as the Defib/monitor that our local ALS service uses so they care compatible.

If your ALS service has the hands-free cable for flat plug-style electrodes (part number M3508A), then yes, the FRx pads are compatible with that device. If your ALS service is using flat plug-style electrodes with their MRx, The FRx pads may also be connected in the same manner.

AED electrode pads are device specific. You would not be able to plug in the pads from the other device. The plugs will be different for each device.
