  West Virginia has joined the growing list of states to enact a law making CPR training mandatory for high school graduation. Governor Earl Ray Tomblin signed the bill at a special ceremony in Charleston attended by American Heart Association staff and board members. The bill is called “CPR in Schools” and will facilitate a new generation of potential life savers. West Virginia is now the 21st state to effectuate a law making CPR training mandatory for high school graduating students. We need more states to follow suit.
