Summary
AEDs are required to be easily accessible and well maintained in health clubs, schools, colleges, large occupancy environments, pools, and camps.
Dental facilities where anesthesia is used must have at least one AED
Good Samaritan protection is extended to rescuers, AED acquirers, AED trainers, and physicians who prescribe an AED, unless they acted with gross negligence or with reckless, wanton or intentional misconduct.
