We placed an order on 08/30/2023 & provided our Sales Tax Exempt Form. A check for the goods was provided on 09/06/2023 for $621.50 & it was cashed on 09/20/2023. To date we have not received the items we are desperately in need of for our campus. When following up to double check our sales tax exempt status I was advised to wait another 10-15 business days. This is not a conducive form of doing business when you have already received the funds. Please advise as I am not getting anywhere w/the emails I’ve sent. Order #654045
