Who honors the four (4) year warranty? can you please advise?

This was a couple of years ago and I have since been tasked once again with monitoring the AED program.
We currently have about 55 AED’s at 3 different locations. All of our AED’s were previously registered on your program.
When I went to log in, (once again after a couple of years) in asked for my email and password. I did not remember my password and hit the forgot password button, but the program didn’t recognize my email.
Not sure where to go from here, but I could use some help.

Hello Rendra!
Philips HeartStart defibrillator batteries (M5070a) include a 4-year warranty and 5-year shelf life. The battery typically lasts 4 years from the time it is installed. If you install it on or before October 2020, it should last 4 years (Until October 2024) provided the AED remains well maintained and unused. Batteries should generally be replaced in the event it is used in a rescue.

Our Phillips AED 502861 equipped with spare battery showing Install-by date Oct 2020,
Would it consider expired if we do not install it before Oct 2020?
What if we install it before Oct 2020, for instance we install on 15th Sep 2020, should we replace again on Oct 2020 or battery still good until the flash light become weak?
